These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between SAS HOTEL PRINCE DE GALLES, located at 4 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, BP 21, 06500 Menton, hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Client", making a booking.

Any booking of a room or service within the establishment implies the Client's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Hotel reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force at the time of booking.

Bookings can be made online, by phone, by email or directly at the Hotel reception.

Any booking is considered firm and final upon receipt of payment or banking information.

A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check the information and report any errors within 24 hours.

The rates indicated are per room and per night, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).

The Hotel reserves the right to modify its rates at any time. The applicable price is that in force at the time of booking.

Depending on the type of booking, a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total amount may be required at booking.

The balance is payable upon arrival or departure according to agreed terms.

We accept credit cards, cash (within legal limits) and bank transfers.

The tourist tax, set by the municipality, is not included in our rates and will be charged additionally.

Any cancellation must be notified by email to hotel@princedegalles.com

Standard cancellation conditions:

Non-refundable rates and special offers may have different cancellation conditions, specified at booking.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Departure must be made before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

A late departure can be arranged subject to availability and additional charge.

In case of late arrival (after 8:00 PM), please inform us to arrange key handover.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms and covered common areas.

Pets are accepted upon prior request and for an additional fee.

Guests undertake to respect the peace and quiet of the premises, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse access to any person not respecting the internal regulations.

The Hotel disclaims all responsibility in case of theft, loss or damage to guests' personal belongings, except when deposited in the Hotel safe.

Guests are responsible for damage caused to the premises, furniture and equipment of the Hotel during their stay.

The Hotel cannot be held responsible for service interruptions beyond its control (breakdowns, natural disasters, etc.).

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with GDPR.

It is used only for managing your booking and improving our services.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

Failing this, the competent courts of the Menton jurisdiction shall have sole jurisdiction.
